We're a small Canadian company with staff in both Edmonton and Victoria. In 2009, we opened our doors, and started working hard to perfect a website content management system specifically for strata and condo boards, residents and owners.
We build site components that our clients tell us they need and will use. We don't want to give you a site that contains features you don't want and won't use. So we listen. And then we build.

In keeping with the simple theme, we also want to keep the setup process simple too. If you've never built a website before, it's hard to know how much you should expect to pay for the features you're getting. Website design can be costly, but because we specialize in sites and features for condos and stratas, we are able to spread our development costs across all our clients. To you, that means we can keep our prices affordable.
We have no hidden fees. The one-time setup fee for a strata or condo website is $250. Once your site is live, we charge an affordable monthly fee to cover the website hosting and software licensing.
We don't ask our clients to sign contracts. Nobody wants to be locked into something. So we charge a simple $250 setup fee when you order your site, then a hosting/licensing fee each month. If you decide to cancel your site, you can do so any time, no questions asked. We won't charge any type of termination fee. And we'll welcome you back any time.
