Yes. If you want to cancel your site, please let us know in writing. You will not be charged any type of cancellation fee, and we'll happily welcome you back any time.
We accept Visa and Matercard, or we can setup a (Pre-Authorized Debit) plan for you. If you'd rather pay by cheque, we can invoice you for up to a year in advance.
No. Nobody likes to be locked into anything, so we won't ask you to sign a contract. Instead, we offer eStrata as a pay-as-you-go service. If you decide to cancel, we simply stop charging you. If you've paid for the year in advance, we'll reimburse you for the months that have not yet passed.
Absolutely! If you pay for a year in advance, you'll receive a month for free.
